CNC Operator / Machinist

We are seeking a CNC Operator / Machinist to join our team.


  • Setup and Operation of CNC lathes and CNC Mills.
  • Manual Machining an asset


  • 2 -3 years’ experience
  • Operation & Set Up of CNC Lathes / CNC Mills
  • Manual Machining an asset.
  • Experience on Fanuc and Mazak controls an asset but not required.

Apprentice / Journeyman HET or Millwright

We are seeking an Apprentice / Journeyman HET or Millwright to join our team.


  • Assemble, fit up, and install pre-fabricated parts to form sub-assemblies or finished products per manufacturer specifications and/or engineered drawings
  • Plumb hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Install and test hydraulic systems
  • Build and test hydraulic and high-pressure hoses
  • Perform adjustments and repairs to equipment
  • Commission/test equipment to ensure it meets company quality standards
  • Troubleshoot technical problems
  • Assist mechanical assemblers in the performance of their duties
  • Assist in continuous improvement and cost reduction


  • Apprentice/Journeyman HET or Millwright certificate
  • Ability to organize and complete projects safely and on schedule
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude, ability to work with others or alone

Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team.


  • Design mechanical assemblies and components for wireline trucks and skid units and pressure control equipment (such as BOPs, lubricators, stuffing boxes, grease control heads, etc)
  • Complete accurate documentation of design calculations including design inputs and outputs
  • Prepare fabrication drawings showing detail dimensions, material specifications, and applicable heat treatment
  • Check and approve drawings prepared by draftspersons
  • Assist with assembly and testing of prototypes
  • Liaise with other personnel for input and to share knowledge
  • Assist with implementing procedures and policies to support the Engineering department
  • Provide support to on-floor technicians during manufacturing and testing stages
  • Troubleshoot problems with existing equipment, mentor and provide sound advice
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and infuse new ideas into the department
  • Provide assistance to a technical writer for assembly, operations and maintenance manuals
  • Write specifications and estimate budget for proposed projects
  • Managing project progress, milestones and deadlines
  • Present project updates to colleagues
  • Liaise with customers regarding projects
  • Maintain quality processes and help with audits where required


  • Mechanical Engineering Degree, or equivalent qualification from recognized technical institution
  • Member of APEGA
  • 0-10 years’ experience in the design of mechanical equipment preferably oil and gas field equipment
  • Must be proficient with 3D modeling, design, and drawings preferably with AutoDesk Inventor
  • Experience with performing design review with finite element analysis using Ansys or CAD software
  • Possess good knowledge of material properties, heat treatment, and fabrication processes
  • Detail oriented, well organized
  • Experience with API-6A, NACE, and DNV standards an asset.
