1st Year Welding Apprentice

We are seeking a 1st Year Welding Apprentice to join our team.


  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
  • Conduct repairs, modifications and retrofits
  • Read and interpret blue prints or welding process specifications


  • Enrolled in or completed 1st year welding apprenticeship program
  • Previous welding experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Certification Administrator / Receptionist

We are seeking a Certification Administrator / Receptionist to join our team.


  • Compile quality certification booklet for new PCE and Fabrication equipment
  • Arrange for 3rd party witness test
  • Track and notify appropriate party for test equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Upload PCE and Fabrication Certification Book to M1 and Egnyte
  • Forward PCE and Fabrication Certification Book link to Sales
  • Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate individuals/departments
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Pick up and distribute mail and faxes
  • Order office supplies


  • 1 Year office administration experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word an asset
  • Strong attention to detail

Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team.


  • Receive requests for material purchasing that supports the needs of manufacturing and other assigned areas or departments; create and release the purchase order, make changes to previous released orders as needed; maintain confirmations and records
  • Secures and analyzes quotations, negotiates prices and terms with suppliers
  • Build relationships with suppliers to schedule deliveries and to resolve problems
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and price lists in an organized manner so that the information is easy to find, and within the applicable Quality System requirements
  • Conduct invoice review for situations in which invoices vs. quantity does not match, identify root cause and take action to avoid recurrence
  • Initiate exception-based follow up on orders placed; expedite deliveries and approvals. Provide visibility of all risk that might affect production.


  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and understand the process of machined parts
  • Previous experience sourcing raw material(steel, aluminum, specialized metals) components, fabricated & machined parts; and be familiar with traceability documentation
  • Must possess the ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
  • Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
